So, Season 6 of the WGTC started tonight where all six drivers managed to take to the grid for what will undoubtedly be a tough season. First round is staged at Brands Hatch, a favourite for some of the team but at the same time, not providing much space for the expected 60 car grid.
So each week will consist of either a Sprint Race (3 x 20min races) or an Endurance (90mins) where the car will take to the track to battle for top spot.
Round 1 proved to be a difficult start to the season for some of the team whilst there were some moments of success, mainly Barry Baird taking Pole Position and the Win for Race 2, many congratulations Barry. After week 1, Niklas Hjelm lies 2nd in the Pro-AM class and NOMAD Team White are also positioned 6th in team standings.
