Driver Comments

"I feel that so far the preparation is going well. We have a setup that is mostly finished and we are getting stints in it to get used to how the car feels in different temperatures and with used and new tyre wear. Myself and Nic are doing the VRS 3 Hour Endurance event today (18.03) and also the BMW SIM Cup tomorrow, both at Sebring. This will give us a better understanding of whether we need to evolve and improve from where we are now. Looking in, I feel we could have a good performance and finish if we can keep the car clean!" &emdash;
"I have spent quite some time getting the setup to a spot where I think we can have a really good race. That said, I think our main aim should now be for all of us to get laps in and get as comfortable with the car as we can. The next few days of prep will consist of a couple of short endurance races; the data from those races will tell us a lot heading into next week's race. Overall, I'm looking forward to the main race as Sebring has been a race I really enjoy and I think we can have another good run." &emdash;
"The preparation for this race is not ideal. Firstly, I haven't been driving prototypes for a while and secondly, I'm back home with my simrig with five days to go until the race. However, the plan is clear: get as consistent as possible and make sure my team mates can trust me, as speed is probably not going to be my strong suit for this race. I'm really looking forward to driving alongside these two guys for the first time and hope we can do a good job bringing the car home in such a demanding event." Pablo Arteaga Pablo Arteaga
"I feel relatively happy with how preparation has gone so far. In terms of setup, we have definitely found a good baseline to start from and we are working on it to make the car feel better to drive, especially since tyre wear around this track is notably high. The lap times have been consistent and we are working towards making them faster as we find more places on the track to gain tenths." Ayden Refaie Ayden Refaie
